SBI is the best. Maximum charges are Rs. 10 for any sort of shopping, while ICICI bank charges as high as Rs. 170-180 or 2% of the deal eg. A flight booking may cost you anywhere near Rs. 200 on these private sector banks while Rs. 10 on SBI.
Going with the list you have provided,
ICICI is a great bank. Their services are up to date , highly secured transaction and mobile banking works quite well, but Axis bank is more economic in terms of charges levied.
