Consumers and businesses have much to gain through satellite Internet access. A reliable connection that is always on is a great benefit that many people take for granted. The long wait to dial in to a provider, the wait to log in and then the wait to load even the plainest webpage are no longer a factor.

There would be two ways you could get high speed internet access
1. If you have cell phone coverage where you are at, you can use a wireless card from a cell phone provider to access the Internet over the cell phone network. While not as fast as satellite, it is more consistent and reliable.
You just need to go to your cell phone provider and ask about Internet access. They will set you up with a plan and the hardware (usually just a PCMCIA card for your laptop. If you have a desktop, you will need an a USB adapter for the card.
2. Satellite Internet -You will need the following hardware

These components are usually provided when you buy the contract:
Satellite Dish and mounting hardware
Satellite receiver/modem

You usually need to provide
A router
Additional Ethernet Patch Cords

When connected the system looks like this

Satellite >>>> dish >>> Receiver/modem >> Router WAN Port

Router LAN Port #1 >> Computer #1
Router LAN Port #2 >> Computer #2
