Music is a piece of our culture that is constantly changing and evolving. There are many styles, preferences, and performers. Everyone has their own taste in music and it is not uncommon for someone to like several types of genres. When listening to the radio they generally only play one genre of music and target one audience. It is hard to find a method of listening to music that allows you to pick what genre of music you want to listen to and even let you pick your songs.

Being able to hear your favorite music on your PC in the order that you pick is nice; but being able to hear that same music in the same carefully selected order while in traffic is even better. Windows Media Player allows you to do just that by recording your music files to a CD that is playable in most car and individual CD players.
