Hiya! I used to weigh 160 pounds in 6th grade (yeah I know) but over the past three years, I've gone down to 135.
But my thighs! Ugh, there bulgy and my butt looks huge and saggy. I'm only 5"2' and I'd like to lose 20 more pounds (the doctor said I could stand to lose a little more)
So how should I do it? I've been trying to eat healthy but I eat a lot of breaded food, even though it's healthy bread. Should I cut back on that?
