Plan a monster theme party!

It does not need to be Halloween for you to plan monster themed party! These are extremely fun both for kids and for adults and as movies such as Twilight and series such as True Blood and Vampire Diaries

have certainly raised the popularity of vampires a monster party is due!

Monsters are scary so if you are a mother you might be wondering why in the world would you throw a monster themed party for your kid? Well this way (of course if masks won't be to much scary) you will be

one step closer for your kid to not fear monsters ever again. Positive affirmation.

As for adults go, we all like something supernatural and monster themed parties are a great way to let go, to turn in a scary monster for one day (with exception of Halloween).

You can plan a mix-monster party or you can go with the specific themes. Currently without a doubt most popular are vampire and werewolf parties but you can always choose the evergreen zombie party

theme. You can also go very specific and choose a theme party based on a movie, TV show or even a book - I do suggest if you will opt for this that you choose a title that is well known so your guests will be

able to dress accordingly and know what to expect.

Another good thing with these parties is that they mostly are inexpensive, especially if you celebrate Halloween and decorate your house at that time. You can re-use most of your Halloween decorations and

use them for a monster themed party, just add some imagination and you are there.

As for the food, anything that tastes good and looks a bit disgusting is a go. Never complicate things to much for yourself when planning a party - we don't want to have you exhausted at a party. If there is a

local bakery that offers "customized" foods for a reasonable price go for it. Cupcakes are the safest bet when you want themed food, decorating options for them are limitless and you can even purchase pre

-made toppers to match your theme.

When it comes to drinks there is not much you can do to make them more "monstery". You can throw in some decorations - plastic eyeballs, parts, worms , well naturally only to adults. Serving them in themed

glasses is another thing.
